What You'll Do

  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new and existing customers, defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Identify and evaluate data to measure outcomes against expectations. Coordinate logistics, resources, and scheduling to ensure smooth program delivery.

  • Solution Design: Collaborate with internal teams to design customer onboarding/implementation systems, processes, and solutions that align with customer needs. Ensure that the proposed solutions are feasible and align with the company's capabilities.

  • Strategic Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to assess business performance. Monitor and report on progress towards goals, highlighting areas for improvement

  • Customer Training Program Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs, design curriculum, and develop training materials, including technology enhancements, presentations, self-serve, learning aids, and assessments.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams (Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment on the overall customer experience 

  • Self-Serve Administration: Manage the learning management system and collaborate with vendor, including course creation, enrollment management, reporting, and troubleshooting technical issues.

  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to all team members. 

  • Systems Building: Identify operational bottlenecks and build scalable solutions that can grow with Dandy 

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements, innovative learning solutions, and emerging technologies to enhance the overall training program effectiveness and efficiency.

What We Need

  • 4+ years total professional experience

  • 1-2 years in management consulting or investment banking

  • Excellent data modeling & analysis skills

  • Excel expertise

  • Ability to work independently to drive OKRs and KPIs with some direction from leadership.

  • Innovative critical thinkers able to contribute materially to program improvements. 

  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure a solution

  • Track record of success in building new operational processes and an ability to work through ambiguity

  • Superb communicator; able to simplify complex problems and convey topics to a wide variety of audiences

  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and fix problems in a hands-on manner when needed

  • Experience using data to analyze performance and drive strategic decision making

  • Intellectual curiosity and research abilities

Compensation Range: $120K - $135K
