Job Summary:

NinjaHoldings is in search of a motivated and outcome-oriented Strategy & Operations Sr. Associate to join our expanding Strategy & Operations team. Renowned for our inventive solutions and dedication to providing exceptional customer experiences, our company is a leader in consumer lending. As a Strategy & Operations Sr. Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving process efficiency, elevating customer experiences, and uncovering avenues for revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Strategy & Operations Sr. Associate, you will lead and execute initiatives centered around process optimization, system automation, and improving customer experiences. Collaborating across multifunctional teams and with stakeholders, you will define business requirements and deliver innovative solutions. Your duties will encompass:

  • Orchestrating end-to-end execution of initiatives, from initial assessment to recommendation and implementation.
  • Identifying opportunities for revenue augmentation and steering improvements within the system.
  • Cultivating robust relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Developing and maintaining operational dashboards and reporting suites for monitoring metrics, KPIs, and delivering valuable insights.
  • Anticipating roadblocks, prioritizing projects, and ensuring quality for driving tangible outcomes.
  • Collaborating with internal tech development teams to ensure projects meet business criteria.
  • Conducting data-intensive ad hoc projects that demand both quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance. Our team values diverse backgrounds and analytical acumen.
  • 3-5 years of tangible work experience in process improvement, management consulting, or data analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of business and financial concepts.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis; SQL experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive collaboration.
  • Quick learner who is willing to roll up their sleeves and dive into projects.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving results in a fast-paced environment
