About the Role

As a key member of our RetailOps team, you will:

• Be the primary liaison between the Latam RetailOps team and Brazil's commercial and operational teams.
• Support the implementation of regional initiatives in Brazil, adapting them to meet local needs.
• Lead training and enablement efforts for both unmanaged and managed stores to drive engagement and success on our platform.
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to help local teams reach their goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead communication and collaboration between Brazil's commercial, operational, and strategy teams and the regional RetailOps team.
• Design, test, and implement regional initiatives tailored to Brazil's unique market.
• Drive training and engagement efforts to ensure our partners are fully equipped to succeed on our platform.
• Act as the commercial and operational expert for Brazil, closely tracking performance and proposing strategic solutions.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in commercial, business operations, or strategic planning.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to prioritize effectively based on impact and effort.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with detailed quantitative analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to provide scalable solutions.
• A positive, collaborative, and resourceful mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
• Experience working with global teams and building relationships across a matrix organization.
• Professional experience in training, enablement, ProductOps, or product management is a plus!
