About the Role
As a key member of our RetailOps team, you will:
- Be the primary liaison between the Latam RetailOps team and Brazil's commercial and operational teams.
- Support the implementation of regional initiatives in Brazil, adapting them to meet local needs.
- Lead training and enablement efforts for both unmanaged and managed stores to drive engagement and success on our platform.
- Monitor key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to help local teams reach their goals.

What You'll Do
- Lead communication and collaboration between Brazil's commercial, operational, and strategy teams and the regional RetailOps team.
- Design, test, and implement regional initiatives tailored to Brazil's unique market.
- Drive training and engagement efforts to ensure our partners are fully equipped to succeed on our platform.
- Act as the commercial and operational expert for Brazil, closely tracking performance and proposing strategic solutions.
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of experience in commercial, business operations, or strategic planning.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to prioritize effectively based on impact and effort.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with detailed quantitative analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to provide scalable solutions.
- A positive, collaborative, and resourceful mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
- Experience working with global teams and building relationships across a matrix organization.
- Professional experience in training, enablement, ProductOps, or product management is a plus!
