What You Will Do:
The Strategy Program Manager will serve the client as a key advisor and chief strategy consultant in the development and operational transition supporting a $2.6B organizational change effort and development on Redstone Arsenal. This position is one that interacts directly with Senior Executives in advising, developing processes and integration of all facets in the organization. Specialized projects include the review and identification of improvements to global business processes and the development of new ideas with processes designed to deliver actionable data and methods for large scale program strategy and implementation.
The dynamic role reaches across multiple functional areas, asses gaps and delivers solutions as an integrator for the business need. The right candidate will be responsible for managing relationships across the enterprise and external stakeholders.
A day in the life of this role is unique. The right person will serve as a key advisor and regarded as the expert who assists the client with shaping a major organization as the largest project in its history. The candidate will help lead the effort that will change the way federal law enforcement trains, collaborates and integrates technology for the next generation.
The job is based in Huntsville but reaches across the nation on its impact to the client.
What You Will Need:
- An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5-8 years' experience directly related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
- Ability to effectively present information.
- Conducts full range of project and program analysis.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
- Ability to solve complex problems involving several options in situations.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective professional/customer relationships.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
- Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMP).
- Certified Change Management Certificate (CCM)
- Proven Data Modeling experience
