Strategy Specialist

In the Office of Strategy Management (OSM) The Strategy Specialist coordinates efforts to support the planning, development, and execution of the organization's strategy. The Strategy Specialist provides administrative support to the OSM program managers and leadership to support the development of frameworks to operationalize strategic programs through the use of human centered design principles. By gathering and evaluating data, they provide key insights to OSM and organization leadership on how the data connects to the broader spectrum for key initiatives. They support multiple strategic objectives at once and regularly interact with Senior and Executive Management.

What you will do here:

Analyze member behavior, member sentiment, external data and future looking trends,. Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that support current strategic initiatives and member experience

Create and manage a Microsoft Teams hub to provide ongoing communications between OSM and key business partners in the organization. Use data within the hub to track and report progress for key strategic initiatives and offer suggestions and insight to improve processes and communication efforts.

Provide administrative support (scheduling, documentation, material distribution and follow up activities) for meetings and strategy sessions with senior and executive leadership that drive productive strategic dialogue and make progress towards organizational transformational goals

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What you will need:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analysis, or related field preferred.

1+ years of program/ strategy management experience required.

1+ years of Project Management experience preferred.

1+ years data analysis experience preferred.

1+ years of experience in a financial institution preferred.

Strong written, verbal and presentation skills required.

Strong planning skills, and analytical skills required.

Ability to multi task, focus, and prioritize multiple projects under pressure to meet deadlines required.

Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to quickly identify the root of a problem and determine the appropriate solution that mitigates risk and is a win-win for stakeholders required.

Excellent interpersonal skills with strong organizational agility required.

Excellent business acumen. Ability to apply strategic thinking and demonstrate understanding of requirements to execute required.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams) required.
