We also offer onboarding, payroll, and HR direct support services.

We’re currently looking for a Street Recruiter to join our team to support and move forward crucial community projects through 2024 and beyond. 

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment efforts.
• Circulate flyers at known locations where job seekers frequent.
• Ability to refer applicants to Senior recruiters.
• Coordinating interviews for Senior Recruiter.
• Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Respect the absolute confidentiality of human resources operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Reliable smartphone with service
• Capabilities to take pictures and email them to managers.
• Bilingual A plus.
