Your Impact:
FactSet is seeking a Client Solutions Specialist to primarily focus on the StreetAccount.com product and client base. This role involves closely collaborating directly with clients and with sales teams to support and grow the client base. We are looking for articulate, diligent, and motivated professionals to join our team with career advancement opportunities in client service, sales, and product development.
What You'll Do:
The initial focus will be on learning the site's capabilities, content, and client interaction protocols. An entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to deepen knowledge of financial markets are essential. This role offers the opportunity to expand knowledge of market news and workflows across the financial industry while contributing cross-functionally. The primary goals are client satisfaction and customized content, along with developing and maintaining strong relationships.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Act as a first responder to client inquiries and ensure timely resolution
- Provide support for sales efforts, collaborating with Sales and Consulting teams
- Add and remove product access, documenting actions appropriately
- Train new and existing users, promoting new content and features both to increase new business and retain existing business
- Support client workflows and requests via various communication channels (including phone, email, video call, and the occasional client visit)
- Manage existing StreetAccount web business and help to close new business opportunities, where applicable
- Identify and prioritize efforts with at-risk users to maintain client retention
- Perform ID maintenance & usage analysis, advising Sales on client usage
- Submit and collaborate on client feedback for product improvement
- Expedite content corrections and ensure resolution
- Serve as an internal and external product expert for StreetAccount
- Research client contract and subscription history for sales and integration efforts
- Collaborate with teams to research and resolve billing errors
- Support product retirement/migration of users across products
- Drive product adoption and increase client awareness of StreetAccount offering
- Interact frequently with clients and colleagues to develop and maintain relationships
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate StreetAccount content and features
What We're Looking For:
StreetAccount Client Solutions Specialists have a strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech, client centric mindset, and desire to collaborate across teams to create unique and innovative solutions.
Other Experience:
- Highly organized, detail oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine interest or experience in financial markets
- Strong work ethic, highly self-motivated, and ability to work independently
- Ability to problem-solve and handle time-sensitive issues with a strong sense of urgency
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Client service experience preferred, not required
- Available to work 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM ET
- Bachelor's degree conferred by October 2023
