Strong Middle Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst for a document management project.

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical teams and project stakeholders, ensuring that system enhancements meet both technical specifications and business requirements. 

The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements, defining project deliverables, documenting processes, and facilitating communication between business and technical stakeholders to drive project success.

Our client is a leading provider of high-quality IT products to the Swedish and Danish public sectors, with over 12 years of successful cooperation with Sigma Software. Their automation solutions serve 80% of the government agencies in Sweden. The company specializes in document management, enterprise content management (ECM), data sharing, digital preservation, GDPR compliance, ERP solutions, and more. They serve various sectors, including government, banking, retail, manufacturing, and life sciences.

• Act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the technical team
• Understand the business needs, elicit requirements, validate, prioritize, manage requirements, and ensure that the delivered solution aligns with those requirements
• Translate business needs into clear, detailed, and unambiguous requirements
• Document, analyze, and visualize business processes, workflows, and systems
• Document requirements with sound acceptance criteria

• At least 4 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements
• Be meticulous in creating documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations
• Fair knowledge and understanding of technology concepts, including the ability to adapt quickly
• Ability to document test scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Understand basic mathematics and have basic knowledge of Front-end, Back-end, and database to communicate with the development team effectively
• At least an Advanced level of English
