GHD's Northeast Engineering Design Organization (EDO) in Buffalo, NY is looking for a Structural Designer to join their team and work on a part-time, as needed basis. In this role, you will support our Structural Engineering team with the design of various concrete and steel structures.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Preparation and revision of technical drawings for municipal/industrial/environmental consulting services
• Comply with Corporate drafting and quality assurance standards
• Working with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects
• Working closely with staff engineers and other designers

Successful skills and qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a Design/Drafting program is preferred
• 15+ years of structural design experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience working with 3D design software preferred, Revit or Plant3D is a plus
• Knowledge of building and structures design is required
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Good communication skills
