Structural Steel Project Manager

Responsibilities and tasks include: • Running multiple projects • Review project bids to determine project scheduling, and resource needs. • Oversee delivery of materials, tools, and equipment. • Interpret plan drawings and create drawings or plans using project management tools when necessary. • Ensure all assigned team members are properly trained and equipped, and materials and supplies needed are readily available. • Analyze and control operational expenditures including labor and equipment to maintain budget and ensure the project is completed within productivity, cost effectiveness, safety and timeline requirements. • Solving issues at hand • Serve as primary contact for client • Monitor all operations and seek input from team to identify and make recommendations for improvements to machinery, equipment, and job site processes. • Plan, coordinate, and direct multiple projects at once. • Order material, supplies & equipment for all jobs.
