The PMO Analyst builds strong relationships with program, project, and portfolio managers and works to understand their needs and processes that enable them. This includes providing tools and processes enabled through technology. This position provides direct support to teams across the governance organization to ensure the teams can focus on collaboration and increase speed to execution. Candidate will be trained on Stryker's portfolio, project management, and supplier performance tracking processes and tools.
Essential duties & responsibilities:
- Develop tools that enable PMO, portfolio management, and governance organization to improve current manual processes and provide supplier tracking mechanisms
- Implement a project portfolio management solution
- Identify and evangelize process improvement opportunities across the IT organization and PM functions
- Establish and maintain partnerships with all internal and external PMO cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Governance, and Supplier Performance and Governance
Travel Percentage: 10%
