We Offer 
 
Join Maersk's fast-growing logistics business to support the transformation of Maersk to be the global integrator strategy within the Transported by Maersk (TbM) space. 

As a Student Assistant in TbM Operations, Strategy Deployment you’ll be supporting function for the team driving projects to deliver our business strategy, developing long-term roadmaps, and identifying opportunities for process improvements in TbM Operations space.  

Responsibilities: 

• Contributing to the preparation of materials and reports for senior-level leaders 

• Supporting in other various ad-hoc tasks such as assisting the leadership team with their day-to-day tasks, and planning/executing initiatives 

• Support monthly organizational cadence for the TbM GPL organization  

• Support on project managers with ad hoc tasks on initiatives required to deliver overall strategy  

Who we are looking for: 

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Management, or a similar discipline, with at least 2 years remaining before graduation. 

• High level of integrity and drive, with the ability to meet deadlines through prioritizing and self-organizing activities. 

• Creative problem-solving skills and high learning agility. 

• Approachable, service-minded, and proactive in ensuring that we meet the right outcomes. 

• Structured in handling data and conscientious about data quality, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate data being an advantage. 

• Proficiency in Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) is required; experience with Power BI is an advantage. 

• Clear verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
