About the job and your key responsibilities

As a Student Assistant in Marketing, you will be working closely with several colleagues across the commercial functions (Sales, Marketing and Business development). You will focus on the following key responsibilities:

• Supporting on promotional materials, website, and videos
• Event support
• Internal communication as Newsletters, awareness campaigns, SharePoint
• Digital marketing in collaboration with Multichannel Manager
• Contract management.
• Ad hoc projects

Your working week will be about 15 hours, and there will be a great flexibility on our part in planning your time. The contract will initially apply for 1 year, and you must be a student throughout the course of the contract.

You will report to the Marketing Manager and the main workplace is in Søborg, Denmark.

About you

You are energetic and with a “can-do” attitude, always ready to take up a challenge and learn new things. You work in a structured way, enjoy working with different systems or eager to learn how to use them, you are also good at planning and have a good sense for details.

You are interested in administration, and your studies, of course, relate to the commercial field, so you can combine theory with practice.

You have good language skills in English.

Education/qualifications

• You are a Bachelor or Master student in a field of Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or similar.
• If you already have some work experience from office settings, it will be an advantage.
