Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the QA Manager/Lead, the Intern will be involved in testing and automation project for Finastra's Retail Banking products. The intern will gain exposure on the following areas:

• Software Testing
• Conversion of manual test scenarios into automated test scripts
• Execution of automated test scripts.
• Execution of manual test cases.
• Defect-tracking until resolution and working with developers to reproduce and resolve defects

• Knowledge in software testing and programming
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently or within a team environment
• Effective planning and organizational skills, with an attention to detail.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to think 'out of the box' for process improvements.
