Job Description

🌟 The Role: Student Success Team Leader

The Student Success Team Leader is responsible for creating an environment that inspires and motivates their team to meet or exceed student retention objectives for specific Keypath Academic Partners. As part of their duties, they will demonstrate a passion for always delivering high quality student support and proactively provide their team with coaching, ongoing training and troubleshoot at-risk issues to help students achieve their educational goals.
The Student Success Team Leader will assist the Student Success Manager with delivering up-to-date and accurate forecasting for their partner and implementing new processes to drive high performance within their team.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of their team ensuring activitiy and student engagement expectations are being met
• Commit to providing ongoing training and coaching of Student Success Advisors in all areas of performance and call quality, ensuring coaching logs are consistently being utilized 
• Assist the Student Success Manager with weekly forecasting of their specific partner 
• Assist the Student Success Manager in the recruitment of student success advisors and overseeing the onboarding of new starters including administrative tasks, assigning their buddy and creating training plans
• Responsible for maintaining partner specific processes and ensuring the team are kept informed of any changes
• Student complaint resolution and escalations for their specific partner
• Using the Student Success Proficiency Profile as a benchmark to track the competency and growth of each advisor
• Attend specific partner meetings and report back to the team with key points and action items 
• Communicate with key stakeholders in a respectful, professional and solutions focused manner at all times
• Promote the Student Success Global Collaboration Club (GCC) within their team to ensure collaboration occurs with the Keypath Global Student Success team, to develop relationships, implement retention best practices and innovative student engagement initiatives. 
• Assist the Student Success Manager in driving and achieving BU and Functional OKRs

Qualifications

Technical/Further Skills
• Highly developed computer literacy, including the Microsoft Office Suite, standard internet software, email programs and CRM database
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Capacity to work independently
• Outstanding listening and comprehension skills
