Description
What will you be doing?
As a Student Worker in Strategic Account Development, you will work part-time alongside a team to provide operational support for our customers' business needs. You will support a wide variety of customer service requests which include shipment tracking, issue resolution, document retrieval, and scheduling appointments. You will provide essential account level support to customers through all channels of communication. You will learn freight fundamentals and market behaviors as you develop your freight market knowledge and operational skills. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with teams throughout the organization to ensure the integrity of MoLo's service is being maximized.
Main Responsibilities:
• Support customer load lifecycle execution including, but not limited to, building loads, scheduling loads, issue resolution, and closing loads.
• Maintain knowledge of internal work processes and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor the case management system and handle customer phone calls.
• Track, trace, and proactively monitor customer shipments.
• Continually develop market knowledge and learn pricing techniques.
• Use multiple systems and programs in support of customer needs and expectations.
• Provide backup support for peers throughout the AM team, as needed.
• Proactively identify issues and resolve problems to uphold our commitment to service.
• Prioritize and respond to internal and external requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Other duties and projects, as assigned.
Requirements
Education: Enrolled in an undergraduate program
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Skills and Abilities
• Experience providing excellent customer service and building customer relationships
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Effective time management skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Location: This position is located in either our Ft. Smith, AR office or our Fayetteville, AR office or our Chicago, IL office. You will have the opportunity to select your location preference in the application.
Work Schedule:
This position is a part-time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 7:00 am - 9:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload. You will be able to select your work schedule based on your availability.
