Who we areThe Communications & Engagement team supports our field organization as part of the North America Customer Experience and Operations team. Priorities are to educate and inform our Coaches and Guides about the business in a timely and engaging manner so they can deliver an incredible member experience, as well as to provide strategic and tactical communications support and counsel to both regional and global internal teams on operational initiatives
What you will do
This position will primarily focus on internal communications for our Canadian field organization.
Developing, editing, and writing content for a variety of internal communications vehicles, including email, newsletters, associate forums, intranet, etc.
Ensuring all communications have a consistent tone and voice and always relate back to the company’s objectives and priorities.
Developing, tracking, and maintaining communication project plans and timelines to ensure successful delivery of communication and change
Administration and content management of intranet
Working closely with the head of Communications and Engagement for North America and cross-functional teams to manage the overall communications calendar, which includes a mix of proactive (department-led communications) and reactive (requests from all business areas).
Working closely with and maintaining alignment across all functional teams that affect employee communication and engagement.
Providing execution support for senior leadership with blogs, presentations, events and employee communications
Driving contemporary communications practices that increase the effectiveness and timeliness of internal communications
Partnering cross-functionally to develop key messaging which affects organizational change
Acting as an advisor to various teams developing and implementing engaging, distinctive, and effective internal communications tactics. This includes, for example, participating on project teams, writing communications plans, drafting materials, and leveraging creative communications channels.
Integrating with and contributing to the broader North America Customer Experience and Operations team, providing information, fostering high performance, and employee engagement.
Regular WW Workshop and Field Team Member interaction
Who you are
Minimum three to five years experience in a communications role
Bilingual (French and English), preferred but not required
Relevant experience in handling employee communications
Ability to promptly and proactively meet all project objectives and deliverables
Excellent verbal communications and writing skills
Experience in developing communications plans and addressing complex issues
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills - customer-centric and results-oriented
Ability to work with multiple management levels and business divisions and influence stakeholders
Time management strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Ability to successfully work and adapt in a demanding, time-sensitive environment.
