Studio Compliance Specialist

Job Description

• Coordinate and monitor studio obligations for existing and new regulated gaming markets.
• Communicate and cooperate with regulatory authorities for approvals and compliance.
• Develop strong relationships with test laboratories for studio audit approvals and key events notifications.
• Travel to EVO’s gaming studios to assist with studio audits, working closely with internal teams to ensure preparedness and submit documentation.
• Conduct periodic on-site quality control checks to ensure adherence to EVO’s global and regulatory standards.
• Assist with studio expansion projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and collaborating with internal teams.
• Support Regulatory Compliance in analyzing compliance standards in existing markets.
• Support New Markets Compliance in analyzing standards in newly regulated markets.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and compliance best practices.
• Identify and document efficiencies in business processes to align with compliance requirements.
• Develop project plans, reports, and schedules for stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Maintain an accurate database of studio compliance processes and procedures.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or relevant professional experience.
• Experience in Audits, Governance, Compliance, or Regulatory Oversight.
• Background in highly regulated industries, preferably gaming or Casino Audit.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Confluence and JIRA is a plus.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule and flexible hours.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments, can quickly re-prioritize as needed.
• Organized and efficient in time management.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective and concise communication with leadership for critical findings and reports.
• Results-oriented, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Experience in gathering and understanding audit and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of creating and implementing organizational policies and ensuring compliance.
