Why this role is exciting!

As a Studio Jumpstart Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving influencer marketing strategy and success for our brand partners utilizing the impact.com SaaS platform.

What you will be doing: 

  • Lead client kick-off calls to discuss influencer marketing goals and make strategic program recommendations
  • Build out initial collaborations on the SaaS platform to teach clients best practices for jumpstarting a successful campaign
  • Provide education for selecting high quality influencers, platforms, and content types to meet client KPIs
  • Support the client with advice mid-campaign, including guidance on influencer negotiation tactics and content drafts
  • Analyze campaign metrics, uncovering key insights and best practices for future initiatives
  • Provide excellent customer service and expertise, ensuring clients are happy and impressed with our services
  • Identify upselling opportunities and communicate to senior leadership

Does this sound like you?  

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years experience managing influencer marketing programs
    • Familiarity with budgeting, casting, negotiating, contracting, overseeing fulfillment, draft approvals, amplification, reporting, etc.
  • Previous client-facing experience and client relationship management skills
  • In tune with creator industry best practices, updates, and social media platforms
  • Experience with brand & influencer strategy or working with influencer SaaS platforms, a major plus
  • Strong knowledge of influencers across verticals, especially CPG, fashion, parenting, wellness, fitness, etc., and influencer rates
    • Experience with niches such as gaming, tech, finance, entertainment, etc. a plus
  • Organized self-starter with the ability to create process and workflow for their accounts

Salary range: $80,000-$100,000 per year, plus eligible to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant and additional variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance.
