At a High Level
· You are a member of the Umbrage leadership team.
· Within your market you are a leader across all crafts. You set the team strategy and ensure the delivery of the team’s commitments.
· You model best practices, mentor, and coach craft leads to the standards you set for the team.
Leadership
· As a Studio Lead, you will play a critical role in leading and guiding all product teams within your market.
· Manage the day to day running of the Studio; managing all studio operations, making full use of project management and collaboration tools.
· Manage all aspects of the budget for each project, along with financial tracking and controls.
· Ensure that there is consistency across systems and a single point of planning, control, and reporting.
· Manage projects from initial idea to final completion.
· Liase with clients to understand business and project needs; as well as assess client briefs and work with the team to assign staff to a project.
· Create and implement monthly deadlines, projects goals, expectations and workflows to ensure a smooth production process with on-time delivery.
· Ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, while fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity within the team.
· As a senior team member, you will be expected to lead by example and make meaningful contributions.
· Communicate the client and project needs to the team to ensure that the work meets the agreed brief.
· Assess client briefs and assign the appropriate employees to a project.
· Create and implement deadlines, project goals, expectations and workflows, to ensure a smooth production process with on-time delivery.
· Manage the multi-disciplinary studio team.
· Involved in recruitment and selection decisions.
· Focused on the personal and professional development of their team.

Education and Experience
· You have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent experience.
· Previous studio management (including budgets and reporting) experience.
· Scheduling, processing traffic and workflow management experience
· Good Digital Product Literacy (Jira, Notion, Miro, ADO, Microsoft Office365, Figma, etc.)
· External resource booking
· Experience in the service industry delivering value to clients (consulting, design agency).
· Experience managing agile projects, consistently delivering on-time, on-spec and on-budget.
· You have experience managing product, design and technical teams.
· You have experience in account management.
· Excellent organizational skills
· Excellent written and communication skills
· Ability to convey messages in a clear and compelling way.
· An outstanding level of interpersonal skills
· Excellent standards of accuracy, consistency and attention to detail
· Ability to exercise initiative and plan work independently.
· Ability to work collaboratively as part of a tightly knit team.
· Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
· You have multiple certifications consistent with Umbrage technical standards.
· You have advanced skills in:

Studio Lead positions require the ability to routinely sit; stand; walk; talk and hear; use a keyboard; stoop; twist; reach; lift; bend; and travel to clients’ offices.
