Responsibilities: 

We are looking for a talented Motion Lead, Studio to join Upwork's Creative Team.

• Lead our in-house Motion team and lead external teams/agency partners in motion design principles.
  
  
• Overseeing motion design work from concept to delivery while implementing our brand’s visual style guide.

What it takes to catch our eye:

• 8+ years brand or agency experience.
  
  
• Experience working on integrated, digital, social, and product-first campaigns and leading a team.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail, process, and excellent communication skills.
  
  
• Proficient knowledge of current trends and innovations in motion graphics.
  
  
• Proficient in After Effects, Maya, Cinema 4D, 3D Studio Max, Premiere Pro, and associated plugins as necessary.
  
  

• A keen sense of timing and direction.
  
  
• Detailed-oriented with a thinker/maker mindset.
  
  
• Experience working on small and large scale conceptual/integrated campaigns.
  
  
• Presentation design skills in Google Slides.
  
  
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  
  
• Expert Figma knowledge and experience is a plus.
