Studio Operations Associate--Short Term/Full Time

THE ROLE: Short-term Full-time Studio Operations Associate

This is the perfect position for someone who is interested in the world of e-commerce and fashion. The hours would be between 8am-4pm or 6am-2pm (Monday through Friday). The Studio Ops Associate is responsible for completing transactional process tasks across any of the primary Operations processes within the studio. This role ensures that individual process workflows are completed both efficiently and with the highest level of detail. This Associate may participate in cross- training across multiple operations functions, learning different portions of how product flows within the studio space.  This is working onsite at our KY studio in Shepherdsville, KY  full-time for approximately 90 days.

What You'll Do…

• Re-pack merchandise according to the standard operating procedures 
• Process Inbound and Outbound merchandise for our Studio team
• Pull and scan product to track inventory movement
• Coordinate sets for production by pulling inventory and taking to styling team
• Provides feedback to help identify problems and  improvement goals
• Adheres to studio safety policies
• Support assistant stylists as needed

• Current High-School student or highest education completed
• 1+ Years of Warehouse Operations, Retail, or similar experience
• Experience with Windows PCs and Barcode Scanners
• Ability to lift parcels up to 15lbs
• Available to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday
