ABOUT THE POSITION

Columbia Sportswear is seeking a Studio Program Manager with a proven track record of driving efficiencies to support the Photo Studio operations. Qualified candidates must be passionate about driving and streamlining workflow optimizations as it relates to studio production, both at scale and project-based.

The Program Manager needs to be goal oriented and metrics driven to ensure day-to-day efficiency. Must be a proven leader with the ability mentor and drive their team towards success. Responsibilities include managing the Studio Operations Analyst, supporting the internal production team, the post-production team, operations team as well as working cross functionally with the brands.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Evaluate Studio processes and how they can better support the needs of the organization
  • Establish and continually improve scalable imaging solutions as the program owner of the Studio's digital asset pipeline
  • Managing the Studio's intake processes and workflows to ensure success for downstream teams
  • Develop and implement best practices to facilitate alignment amongst Studio teams as well as cross-functional stakeholders
  • Manage the Operations Analyst function as it aligns to the Studio's goals
  • Display and maintain fluency with necessary computer programs and keep abreast of new technology in the field of digital photography.
  • Adhere to all departmental guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Suggest new technologies that will improve workflow and/or final product quality.

YOU ARE

  • A strong communicator and problem solver
  • Customer-focused and obsessed with depicting a product through visual mastery

YOU HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Creative and technical leadership experience, striving for excellence in execution, pushing others to be their best, and creating product images that inspire and delight our consumers
  • Experience building relationships of trust and respect across departments; promotes the inclusion of diverse knowledge, skills, and experience to achieve optimal results
