Our Research and Insights Business Unit is looking for a Study Start-Up Associate to join the team! Our Research and Insights Business Unit is responsible for delivering high quality digital-based health research, data, and insights to customers across the Healthcare industry. This growing team currently has 4 members and we’re looking at adding an additional Associate to the team. 

Evidation is seeking a motivated and experienced Study Start Up Associate to join the Clinical Operations team as part of the Research & Insights Unit. You will be responsible for developing and helping us continue to improve our Study Start-Up team and process. In this role you will get to collaborate cross functionally, assist in risk management, and help drive recruitment strategies and initiatives. You’ll be able to be the point of contact for facilitating development of clinical study documentation. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develops/maintains project timeline inclusive of startup through completion (e.g., database build, data snapshots for study reports, manuscripts, and regulatory submissions
  • Working with the Study Start-Up team on process improvement and other continuous improvement objectives
  • Drives development, approval of study-related documents and study tools for review
  • Assist with building relationships with patient organizations and similar non vendor recruitment partners 
  • Assist with the development, implementation, execution and delivery of overall participant experience research using various research methods (i.e. quantitative, qualitative) and tools
  • Assist with the development, implementation, execution of recruitment and retention strategy including but not limited to recruitment strategy and solution development, partnership and vendor management, gap identification/resolution, and metric reporting
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a Study Start Up or Clinical Operations related role 
  • Experience working in decentralized, virtual or digital health research field 
  • Experience in recruitment or enrollment for clinical studies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage a large portfolio of study opportunities
