Subcontractor - Hotel FF&E & Casegoods Installer (Nationwide)

Toolkit Services is seeking experienced and professional subcontractor crews specializing in hotel installations. If you and your team have a background in installing millwork, case goods, FF&E, and other in-room elements like furniture, artwork, and window coverings—we want to hear from you. Scope of Work: We’re looking for installers who can handle full room setups in hospitality environments. This includes but is not limited to: • Case goods (desks, dressers, wardrobes) • Furniture (beds, seating, tables) • Artwork and mirrors • Window coverings (drapes, shades, hardware) • Lighting fixtures • Millwork and wall panels Qualifications: • Prior experience installing in hotels is required • Must be able to lead a small team and work independently • Professional demeanor and ability to follow direction • Strong communication skills • Proficiency in capturing and submitting job site photos Requirements: • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Willingness to travel nationwide for multi-day projects • Auto insurance • General Liability insurance & Workers Comp (or exemption) • English proficiency • Clean driving record (MVR will be checked) • Drug-free (pre-employment and random testing may occur) • Must provide and maintain hand tools and PPE • Ability to use apps for job communication and documentation Bonus if you: • Have experience with punch list walk-throughs and hotel turnover processes • Can coordinate deliveries or storage for incoming FF&E Job Type: Contract Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Schedule: • 10 hour shift • 12 hour shift • 4 hour shift • 8 hour shift • Weekends as needed Application Question(s): • Do you have any travel limitations? • What is your preferred hourly rate? • How many installers do you have available for a team? • What experience do you have installing in hotels (how many years experience, what hotel brands have you worked with)?
