Subject Matter Expert V

Assist in the development, organization, and articulation of Mission expectation to support test planning and operational evaluation activities

Support information management transformation

Support the development, review, and analysis of Mission CONOP, requirements, scenarios and use cases that accurately reflect end users needs

Provide lifecycle sustainment support

Maintain cognizance of all operational requirement, ensuring that the spirit of the requirements is preserved across programmatic and acquisition activities.

Assist other project members with analysis, evaluation and with preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, maintenance efforts in the following specialties: information systems architecture; networking; telecommunication; automation; communications protocols; risk management/electronic analysis; software; life-cycle management; software development methodologies; and modeling and simulation.

MANDATORY SKILLS: Experience developing requirements from Projects inception to its conclusion for a particular IT subject matter area.

Experience articulating white board ideas to all levels of government.

Expert knowledge and experience in current Windows client server to include OS configuration, file sharing DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.

Must have one of the following DoD approved certifications to meet the category/level IAT-2 (DoD 8570) requirement for this position: Security+, GSEC, SSCP, CCNA-Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), CASP, GCIH, or GCED.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: High School/GED (+20) years of relevant experience. AD (+15) years of relevant experience. BA/BD (+10) years of relevant experience. Master's degree (+5) years of relevant experience, or PHD (+3) years of relevant experience. Roles and Responsibilities

OPTIONAL SKILLS: Extensive knowledge in Active Directory

Demonstrated experience with Powershell scripting and programing.

Knowledge of GitHub/GitLab is desired

Demonstrated experience working with Active Role Server

Experience working with Azure Active Directory

Work with ticketing system to optimize and automate workflow in the Active Directory
