Baylor Scott and White Health (BSWH) is building a customer-focused strategy to solve these problems. We are innovating products and services as a part of Baylor Health Enterprises, an internal startup within the health system. The Customer Solutions team serves as a major growth engine for responsible for developing and launching new digital customer solutions. Customer Solutions generates growth from innovative "white space" opportunities, with a special emphasis on ideas that span digital and traditional in-person channels.

Position Summary:

The Sr. Associatewill be a critical member of the product team, responsible for overseeing its development and implementation. They will track key metrics and OKRs and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the creation and commercialization process, and will be responsible for day-to-day product operations post-launch. This role requires a customer-focused, strategic, and tech-savvy communicator who strives to improve the healthcare experience for customers. The Sr. Associate will report to the Product Manager and will have a high visibility to the Customer Solutions leadership team.

Jobs to Be Done:

• Provide decision analytics support to the Product Lead and Operations
  • Ad-hoc data analysis, dashboard visualizations
  • Market research for product inspiration, vendor opportunities
  • Synthesize data analysis into actionable insights
  • Develop presentations, workflows for team consumption
• Product Owner responsibilities
  • Manage backlog
  • Deconstruct features into user stories
  • Translate business requirements into Features
  • Collaborate with other development squads for product delivery
  • Manage quality assurance process including user testing

LOCATION: Dallas, Hybrid- At least one week per month

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience consulting in technology oriented space
• Familiarity with US Healthcare
• Experience taking digital consumer products to market

Minimum Qualifications

• EDUCATION - H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
• EXPERIENCE - 4 Years of Experience
