Position Overview
The Subscriber Retention Manager is a unique and integral role at Freebird. This individual will not only be at the forefront of strategizing and executing retention initiatives but will also be deeply embedded in understanding and optimizing the nuances of subscriber behavior. With a blend of leadership prowess and hands-on execution, they'll be driven by data, subscriber metrics, and a passion for crafting strategies that bolster subscriber loyalty and LTV.
Key Responsibilities
- Subscriber Retention Mastery: Your primary mission. Devise, execute, and refine strategies laser-focused on bolstering subscriber retention rates.
- Subscriber LTV Optimization: Dive deep into subscriber behaviors, patterns, and feedback to drive initiatives that maximize subscriber LTV over 3, 6, and 12-month periods.
- Churn Analysis and Reduction: Analyze subscriber churn, unearth underlying reasons, and craft targeted strategies to significantly reduce it.
- Subscriber-Centric Email/SMS Campaigns: Design and helm email and SMS campaigns that resonate with, engage, and retain our subscriber base.
- A/B Testing & Funnel Refinement: Continuously test, learn, and optimize every touchpoint of the subscriber journey, ensuring maximum conversion and retention.
- Feedback Integration: Establish systems to actively gather subscriber feedback, ensuring their voice shapes our offerings and strategies.
- In-depth Reporting: Regularly furnish insights on subscriber-centric metrics, ensuring data-driven decisions that elevate our subscription model.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of deep-seated experience in DTC e-commerce, with a specialization in subscription-based models.
- Demonstrated success in driving subscriber retention and LTV growth.
- Proficiency in analytics tools, with an ability to glean actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Stellar communication skills, capable of engaging with both subscribers and internal teams.
