Your Role and Responsibilities
β Protect and grow the clients software annual spend.
β Revenue: continue to renew all types of Subscription & Annuity licenses ( on premise XaaS Subscription License )
β Bring in the right technical resources to maintain renewal rates
β Remains up to date on IBM Software offerings to articulate IBMβs SW portfolio value proposition and differentiation from competitors
β Engages with IBM channel partners to best position IBM offerings with assigned clients
-Driving for OnTime renewal and incremental revenue uplift and also complying with IBM Software policy.
β Exploring customer existing software environment for software subscription & support reach back opportunities.
β Aligning customerβs cloud strategy on bridging customers moving from traditional license to IBM Cloud Pak subscription license or any other IBM Cloud strategy.
β Working closely with world-wide offering team to bring solution benefits to local market.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
β Understand the concepts of containers and their management and ecosystem: OpenShift OpenSource Openstack
β Fluent in English communication
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
β Like working in a team have good interpersonal skills also good negotiation skills
β Highly organized and detailed orientated
