This is a great opportunity for those with some experience in early childhood education who want to work with children in a meaningful, hands-on setting—without committing to one fixed schedule.What You'll Do As a substitute teacher, you'll step into daycare classrooms for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or school-agers to support full-time staff, help maintain ratios, and keep the day running smoothly. You'll gain experience across different daycare centers and age groups while building relationships in the local childcare community.Requirements • Must be 18+ years old • High school diploma, GED, or transcript • 1 or more years of prior experience in a child care, day care, or preschool setting • Able to pass a Level 2 background check • Comfortable working with all age groups, from infants to school-agersPerks of the Role • Flexible scheduling — pick shifts that fit your life.
