Subterranean Parking Concrete Repair Specialist

Job Summary As a Subterranean Parking Concrete Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing and repairing concrete structures in subterranean parking facilities. Your expertise in concrete repair techniques, including addressing spalling issues, grout injection, and the application of carbon fiber reinforcement, will be essential to ensure the safety and longevity of our clients' parking structures. Qualifications ---- Experience with grout injection techniques and carbon fiber applications. --Proven experience in concrete repair, particularly in subterranean or parking structures. -- Strong knowledge of spalling issues and effective repair methods -- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications. -- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -- Strong communication and teamwork abilities -- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Key Responsibilities ---- Apply carbon fiber reinforcement systems to enhance the load-bearing capacity of concrete structures. --Conduct thorough inspections of subterranean parking facilities to identify concrete damage and deterioration. -- Perform concrete repair tasks, including but not limited to patching, resurfacing, and reinforcing concrete structures. -- Address spalling issues by implementing effective repair techniques to restore structural integrity. -- Utilize grout injection methods to fill voids and strengthen weakened concrete areas. -- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards. -- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on repairs. -- Stay up-to-date with the latest concrete repair technologies and methods. --Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed. --Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and other team members. Fluent in Spanish is a plus. Preferred Qualifications --Expertise and experience in Carbon Fiber reinforcement is mandatory -- Certification in concrete repair or related field. -- Experience working with specialized repair materials and equipment.
