Summer 2023 Internship - Copywriter Intern

Our Summer 2023 Internships run 11 weeks, 40 hours per week (flexible) with the program starting June 6th and concluding on August 18th. Our internship is a fully remote (or work from our luxury office in Boston, MA if preferred), paid opportunity!

We will supply you with a laptop to allow daily video chats, client meetings, and collaboration & mentorship from your team.

Your Day-to-Day

As a Copywriting Intern, you will work on a range of multi-channel projects from print to digital and get pulled in on campaign concepting. You will work closely with strategy, interactive, and art to develop creative tactics consistent with brand guidelines, and industry rules. During your internship, you assist senior copywriters on all projects. During your time at PRECISIONeffect, you will obtain a clear understanding of agency process, workflow, and each departments’ role and responsibilities.

Required Experience

• Currently enrolled in an accredited degree program, ideally entering your undergraduate junior or senior year in Fall 2023
• A high level of computer competency and intermediate or advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Helpful Experience

• Shown interest in medical communications, healthcare, and managed markets, and the healthcare delivery system
• Leadership experience, including networking and relationship building
