Summer 2023 Internship - Digital Product Management

The Designer Brands 2023 Summer Internship Program is an elite group of university students who will be part of a robust, 10-week program with the opportunity to work, learn and immerse themselves in the day-to-day operations of their function. The program will consist of hands-on experience, skill-building, cross-functional collaboration, and networking to support professional development.

We are looking for an intern to join our Digital Product Management team in Summer 2023 to orchestrate complex initiatives from concept and prototyping through development and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the product team and stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize work and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Work cross-functionally with members of the product team, IT, UX/UI, data & analytics team and other team members to deliver initiatives that will improve the customer experience across all channels.
• Attend and participate in scrum ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Assist on initiatives/features (discovery work), dig into analysis around features, and conducting market research.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work 40 hours/week for the duration of the program (June-August)
• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate (rising Juniors and Seniors) or graduate program
