What you will be doing
As the Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute in a wide variety of roles and responsibilities across the department. This role will assist the Manager of Marketing and collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager, Copywriter and Communication Coordinator, and Marketing Project Manager. As the Marketing Intern, you will have a focus on supporting and organizing in-person events tied to work culture and sales. This role requires the skills and experience to manage relationships and work well on a team
Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and communication strategy around company events
• Help manage the development and deployment of all digital/social content-ensuring tone and voice are consistent with brand strategy
• Help develop new initiatives or campaigns that drive engagement
• Assist in MoLo swag design, distribution, and organization for internal and external uses
• Act as a steward of the brand and assist in maintaining MoLo's style and brand guidelines to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality among internal and external partners
• Aid in employee culture and success duties (in-office events, swag distribution for employees, etc.)
• Assist with developing MoLo sales collateral such as slide decks and one-pagers
• Manage office experience for customers when onsite (setting up conference rooms, swag, etc.)

Start Date: 6/5/2023
End Date: 8/11/2023
Requirements
What we're looking for:

• Major in marketing, hospitality communications, public relations, or a related field is preferred
• Creativity! Help us develop exciting and engaging content for our people and our customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Understanding of customer service and scheduling
• An added plus would be apparel management and/or a textile or design background
