Summary / Role Purpose
Join the Ansys Student Internship Program to apply your education to assist the Ansys sales effort in helping our customers to solve real world engineering problems. Advance your career skills and experience work at Ansys. The student intern will be part of the Go To Market (GTM) organization, which supports our sales function with analytics, deal transactions, marketing and communications, and channel partner engagement. The successful candidate will get the opportunity to exercise their skills in their chosen area and develop knowledge and experience. The intern will get an opportunity to interact with Ansys global leaders and receive best in class mentorship and coaching. The internship will run for 3 months.
AsAnsyscontinues to expand in offices around the world, employee communicationsismore critical than ever. We're looking for an energeticcommunications intern to supportthis important function and ensure team members acrossAnsysare kept informed and excitedabout ourstrategy, initiatives, and company news. You will creatively conceive andexecutecommunication plansusing the currentcontent strategy, which includesupdating and posting employee information to the intranet and using push communications to raise awareness and inspire action. This individual willsupport various business operations functions, such as HR, finance, legal, and IT.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, edit, and writecreativecontentand effectively utilizemoderndigital communicationsplatforms:social media, video, and emerging technologies.
- Support editorial process for bi-weekly employee newsletter.
- Build content and news in SharePoint.
- Support internal social media efforts, facilitating employee communities and opportunities for employees to connect.
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or a related degree
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Effective, confidentcommunicator - both written and oral - with a flair for storytelling.
- Ability to simplify messaging and package content into effective, manageable communications.
- Basic graphic design and video skills a plus.
- Office 365/SharePointexperience a plus.
