Position Description:

We are seeking a motivated intern to support our Vulnerability Management Remediation, AWS Public Cloud, and CI/CD Pipeline operations. This role is ideal for a student who is eager to gain hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and security. The intern will collaborate with the security and cloud teams to assist in identifying, prioritizing, and remediating vulnerabilities while supporting AWS services and automating deployments through CI/CD pipelines.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in vulnerability identification, tracking, and remediation processes.
• Support AWS Public Cloud infrastructure tasks, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline automation and deployment processes.
• Document and report security incidents, remediation efforts, and infrastructure changes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to cloud security improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college for at least one semester prior to internship or co-op, and at least one additional semester following internship or co-op (December 2025 graduation date or later).
• Must be pursuing at least a bachelor's level degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, business computer information systems or related discipline/major.
• Academic performance: Minimum cumulative GPA 2.8/4.0
• Demonstrated leadership skills (i.e. extracurricular activities or projects)
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship (students on an F1 visa with CPT can be accommodated)
• Ability to commit to a 10-12 weeks summer internship, full time (40 hrs. per week) project.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior AWS and cloud infrastructure experience
• Effective collaboration and time management skills
• Effective Communication Skills
