The Social Impact Communications Summer Associate (Intern) will provide administrative and operational support to the Social Impact Manager. The Intern will gain experience by working in Social Impact and connecting Marketing and Communications and Social Media, the individual learns how a company and departments work in unison towards the goals of the company. They can learn best practices, avoid duplication, and collaborate on common goals. Developing their skills in PowerPoint allows them to translate complex ideas, facts, or figures into easily digestible visuals.

Job Description:

• Create Presentations and Quarterly Reports: Creating information PowerPoint presentations using reporting from financials, events, and YourCause software to create the deck. Help with data gathering, summation, and internal reporting for Social Impact activities (volunteerism, charitable giving, events, etc.)
• Marketing & Communications Liaison. The Summer Associate would work with our network of team members throughout the organization to fulfill the promotional requests associated with the sponsorships, including the Corporate Communications, Social Media, and the Marketing teams. They would also archive all photos associated to events.

Minimum Experience:

• Undergraduate or Graduate College student working toward their degree and/or returning to school in the fall
• Minimum of a 3.0 GPA

• Organized
• MS Excel, MS Teams, PowerPoint, and MS Word,
• Excellent Writer, Storyteller and Communicator.
• Works well with teams, but also able to work autonomously.
• Creative & Collaborative individual with great writing & storytelling abilities to promote the work in Social Impact.
• Other administrative duties as needed.

Pay Rate

$15.00 - $17.75 Hourly

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
