Summer Intern, Studio Strategist (Paid Internship)

Teads is looking for an outgoing, driven, creative Studio Strategist Intern to join our team! Are you capable of brainstorming creative ideas around ad formats (preferably for video and display) and able to work within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? Are you eager to work with the latest technologies and use your imagination to come up with unique ideas whilst ensuring best practice, usability, and accessibility? If yes, please read on!

• Assisting in submitting requests to designers for creative development for live campaigns
• Proactive development of creative for potential campaigns
• Creation of client-specific Playbooks in Google Docs with past and current campaign information
• Development of vertical-specific presentations within Teads PowerPoint templates (Retail, CPG, Auto)
• Reviewing campaign reports and proposing optimizations while collaborating with Teads Strategists
• Assisting with RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and wrap up reports post campaign
• Completing competitive analysis and industry trend reports that are shared on the monthly Studio meeting
• Gathering creatives from different platforms (i.e. YouTube, Instagram) to generate proactive builds
• Working with a Teads Designer to build demos for new or existing products
• Working closely with members of all departments, primarily Creative Strategy, Media Strategy, and Sales to gather client objectives and needs
• Collaborating and working closely with other Teads interns on a group project that will be presented at the end of the internship

Qualifications

• Available for the full summer internship program period (June 5 - August 18, 2023)
• Able to come into the Teads Chicago office 2x per week as we’re on a hybrid work schedule
• College students in their Senior year with a major in Media Management, Marketing, Communications with a concentration in Creative Strategy are encouraged to apply
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines, time management, and communicate transparently with internal and external teams
• The ability to demonstrate a real passion for what you do, and eager to exercise creative freedom
• Eye for design and a desire to stretch your creative muscles in a variety of ways
