Schedule: M-F (In office 2-3 days/ weekly)

Position Summary:
FirstKey Homes is looking for an intern to contribute to the maintenance and further development of sustainable processes within the Compliance Management System. The Compliance Intern will work closely with residents and business units to document compliance and identify opportunities to maximize the effectiveness of the Compliance Management System.
 Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the building of a compliance monitoring dashboard, leveraging data analytics skills/experience with your major.
- Skilled in PowerBI or SQL
- Support company-wide software implementation and utilization projects.
- Assist the business in reviewing and developing procedures, polices, processes, and training.
 Minimum qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Internships are open to current students enrolled at a University.
 Requirements and General Skills:
- This position is primarily responsible for assisting with the maintenance and further development of FKH.
- Strong MS Office Skills
- Works well in a collaborative setting.
- Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
- Spelling, grammar, proofreading, and editing skills.
 Technical Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Ability to embrace and learn internal project management
