Job Summary

The Summer Student is responsible for understanding, documenting, and assisting with small projects and possible calls related to PTS McKesson hardware, Networks and Software.

Specific Responsibilities

• Assist and support with administrative duties
• Inbox handling and the creation of tickets into Salesforce
• Work on projects as required by management
• System updates for accounts/customers as required
• Escalate complex problems as necessary.
• Data validation for customers
• Provide solutions to problems and advice, regarding best practices.
• Participate in training activities as required

Position Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience. May have vocational qualification.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of computer operating systems and networking hardware components
• Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
• Ability to employ professionalism
• Ability to type 200 WPM.
• Ability to work in a time critical environment.

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$17.69 - $27.74
