Group Summary

About the Role
Assembly of front and rear seat complete as well as sub-assemblies performing a variety of tasks with safety, quality, and productivity priorities in a team-oriented atmosphere.
Your Responsibilities
Using various types of hand tools and fixtures to assemble RU front and rear seats.
Clean work area
Do tear downs as required.
Do repairs as required.
Restock work areas.
Have the ability to assemble all other products manufactured by Integram-Windsor Seating
Follow rotation schedule where provided.
Inform Supervisor/Team Leader of all stock shortages, quality and downtime issues.
Follow O.D.S.
Follow all TS 16949 procedure.
Identify all non-conforming product.
Scan all product where applicable.
Use proper FIFO for all products.
Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures and to the Occupational Health & Safety Act
Report to the Supervisor the existence of any hazards which could endanger himself, herself or any other worker.
Participate in all safety training conducted by the company.
Other duties as assigned.
Who we are looking for
Summer Students and TPTs:
FT Summer Students: Must be enrolled in a FT University or College Program (Program runs from May 6th - August 29th)
TPT: Temporary Part Time must available on Monday, Friday, and Saturday (Student or Non-Student)
Ability to follow oral instructions. Prior experience in a production environment and use of hand tools. Worker reaches full productivity after short on the job training period. Must be able to work rapidly and remain calm. Ability to stand, bend, lift for extended periods. Grade 12 or equivalent and training. Must be 18 years old. Preference goes to students enrolled in a university tor college program.
