POSITION SUMMARYAssists managers/staff with administrative support within assigned department.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Performs administrative support functions under the supervision of a Supervisor/Manager.
• Answers incoming phone calls from internal and external customers.
• Completes all compliance training related to the position.
• Understands all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Performs all other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

• One (1) or more year's experience preferred.
• Good PC skills--proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to prioritize workload and handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

EDUCATIONHigh School Diploma/GED required.

One (1) or more years' experience preferred; pursuing a major in Business/Accounting.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTSMinimal or occasional travel for meetings, projects or training as needed.
