Job Purpose and Impact

The Master Data Analyst I, will execute basic master data setup and maintenance. In this role, you will partner with all business functions and the corporate global information technology organization to implement the business data requirements.

Key Accountabilities

• Utilize and develop proficiency on the following tools/technologies: TCA system, SAP IBP, inventory management, contract management, and invoice discrepancy management as well as provide technical expertise in SAP and Savigent to identify, evaluate and help develop systems and procedures which meet user requirements.
• Implement and assist end-users in troubleshooting/training in SAP and Savigent that enable users to optimize the system capabilities.
• Support and analyze business problems to develop and implement solutions using automated systems such as SAP- TCA and Savigent.
• Perform data verification and cleansing activities to ensure data is accurate and current.
• Work closely with the Production Team to process production records and monthly reports with accuracy, performing complex analysis of data to ensure compliance with data processes and procedures, as well as reviewing indirect procurement of materials and goods, services and supplies and reviewing purchase order transactions.
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of a year of experience in SAP

Preferred Qualifications

• General understanding of the functional capabilities of the SAP S/4 HANA system
• General understanding of the systems and processes used in animal nutrition production, including pet food, animal feed and/or premix production.
• General understanding of the functional capabilities of ERP systems broadly.
