What You’ll Do As our Project Coordinator, you’ll be the right hand to our sales and production teams — handling all the moving parts that ensure each roofing project is completed on time and on budget. Your responsibilities will include: Job Check-Ins • Visit job sites during installs to monitor progress and ensure crews are following company standards. • Communicate with homeowners to answer questions and maintain quality control. • Setup Branding Materials Material Runs & Returns • Pick up last-minute materials or handle returns to supply houses as needed. Collect Final Checks • Coordinate with homeowners to collect final insurance payments after job completion. Collect Reviews & Testimonials • Follow up with customers after jobs are complete to gather Google, Yelp & Facebook reviews. • Collect & capture video testimonials Final Photos & Drone Usage • Capture high-quality final pictures of each job with a smartphone and drone. What We’re Looking For • Roofing or construction experience preferred, but not required. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Comfortable using drones for roof inspections and final photos. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Able to lift 50–60 lbs and climb a roof safely. • Not afraid of heights or outdoor work. • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
