Supervisor Accounting II

Ecolab is seeking a Supervisor Accountant II to join our Finance team. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the maintenance of the general ledger and for the production of various resultant financial statements.

What You Will Do:

• Llead three direct resports
• Participate in the most complex general accounting projects
• Responsible for accounting in Costa Rica and El Salvador
• Responsible for fixed assets throughout Central America
• Responsible for the General Ledger 
• Lead internal and fiscal audits activities

Position Details:

• Candidate must reside in: Costa Rica - GAM

Minimum Qualifications:

• University degree in Accounting
• 10 years of experience in complex accounting processes in multinational companies; in financial analysis or related, working as part of a team
• 5 years of tax experience
• Ability to use accounting systems such as Oracle, SAP, MFG, JDE
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills (at least B2+)
• Advanced excel level

• CPA certificate, MBA
