Supervisor, Accounts Payable
Job Description

The Accounts Payable Supervisor role at GHX will provide you with this opportunity, and much more! We are looking for a highly organized self-directed individual who can lead a strong Accounts Payable department. Duties include weekly payment batch processing, management of the AP e-mail in-box, vendor invoice entry/ two-way PO Matching within Oracle, and communicating effectively with individuals throughout the GHX organization as well as external vendors. The Accounts Payable Supervisor position will require an experienced professional with strong supervisory/managerial skills as well as history of progressively responsible roles in accounts payable and/or accounting-related functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day functions of the accounts payable department, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments in a full cycle, maintain internal and external vendor relationships
- Develop, implement and maintains systems, procedures and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
- Work closely with Procurement
- 1099 preparation and distribution
- Serve as escalation path for vendors and internal customers to resolve A/P related issues.
- Manage employee travel and expense reimbursement process and procurement card payment process.
- Ensure that implemented internal controls are adhered to and provide proactive recommendations to changes in the internal control infrastructure where required.
- Develop new processes to enhance departmental efficiency and productivity.
- Manage accounts payable aging and monthly closing of financial records, including reconciliation of month end information.

Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud experience desired
- 6 years minimum Accounts Payable experience
- Management experience desired
Estimated Salary Range for this position: $54,800 - $68,500
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX's salary range for this position. The base salary is one component of GHX's total compensation package for employees.
