Due to programmatic expansion, our Forensic Department is seeking a Supervisor, Forensics. The Supervisor, Forensics position offers clinical and administrative supervision of staff and direct client care within the assigned Forensics department. This licensed provider will engage as a member of a collaborative team. With a Trauma Informed approach, this position will be a representative for the organization and how we offer integrated services for recovery and mental health. More specifically the Supervisor will:

• Provide services in the Lake County Jail, various Municipal and Common Pleas Courts,
• Provide clinical and administrative supervision of staff.
• Provide primary service in individual therapy and care coordination support with diagnostic assessments and other screenings and crisis management dependent on client and agency need.
• Provide consultation and collaboration with community partners and clients’ treatment teams.
• Provide accurate, concise, and concurrent documentation according to program procedures and policies. Including, but not limited to Diagnostic Assessments, Treatment Plans, Progress Notes, Supervisor Logs, performance improvement documentation, and Staff Performance Evaluations.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings, work groups, task forces, or other general 
  efforts that add value to the success of the organization and programming.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work/Mental Health
• Master’s Degree (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience (required)
• One (1) year of criminal justice experience (preferred)
• Previous administrative supervisory experience (preferred)
• Licensed in the State of Ohio with LPC/LSW/MFT
• Licensed in the State of Ohio with LPCC/LISW/IMFT required. (S-preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must have an acceptable driving record (4 points or less), reliable transportation, and carry automobile insurance with minimum liability limits of $100,000/$300,000 and property damage of $50,000.
