Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Manager Integrated Care Management (ICM) the Supervisor ICM is responsible for the daily  management  of the Care Management  Oversight Delegation Team  providing clinical direction organization and monitoring of all care management  delegation activities .

• Responsible for direct supervisory oversight of staff  responsible for ensuring  care management  delegates are meeting State requirements and providing quality case management services.
• Assists in carrying out the plans and daily operations of the Care Management  Oversite Delegation Team.
• Provides unit and departmental leadership.

Education/ Experience:

• BSN Degree required.
• Master’s Degree preferred
• An unrestricted RN license to practice nursing in the Plan’s state and any other state in which he/she works.
• 3 to 5 years Case Management  experience and must be able to practice care management within the scope of the licensure based on the standards of the discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).  Access is a plus.  Consistent word processing speed and accuracy of 50 or more words per minute.
