What you are accountable for:Â
The Senior Manager/Supervisor, Paid Social is accountable for driving paid social strategy, optimization and execution across all in-house platforms and works to ensure the highest level of quality work, strategic thinking, and collaboration with both internal and external partners for a select group of accounts.
Working in close collaboration with media strategy and activation leads, this role leads and drives all aspects of the campaign life cycle as it pertains to paid social including the oversight of day-to-day across active campaigns.
In addition, the Senior Manager/Supervisor, Paid Social will support agency education on the capabilities within these platforms through ongoing meeting facilitation, note taking, and POV creation.
What you are responsible for:Â
InternalÂ
- Holistic ownership of client accounts, including strategy, planning, budgeting, and reportingÂ
- Provide strategic and executional support to team members on a variety of clients with different complexities and backgroundsÂ
- Organize campaign materials and set up ads in LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, and moreÂ
- Troubleshoot issues/concerns and work with online partners to resolve as neededÂ
- Proactively communicate with client and internal teams; prepare call agendas, and follow up with call recapsÂ
- Perform in-platform maintenance and optimizations
- Oversee and manage regular budget pacing and monitoring for live campaigns to ensure accurate spend delivery, along with any recommendations on strategic test opportunitiesÂ
- Produce and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly campaign reports measuring performance and effectiveness of social campaignsÂ
- Maintain quality control while ensuring projects and campaigns are executed completely, correctly, accurately, and efficiently for clientsÂ
- Ensure tactics and vendors utilized are GDPR compliant and ensure all internal processes and procedures are followed, including those specific to certain clients based on their own contractual agreementsÂ
- Ensure paid social team is accurately tracking all financial processes in a timely mannerÂ
- Determine tracking and buying guidelines and special opportunities for specific accountsÂ
- Exhibit the ability to anticipate and solve problemsÂ
- Own and foster growth in the relationships with agency partners, where applicableÂ
CustomersÂ

- Translate marketing goals and brand positioning into viable media communication strategies and ideas across paid social landscapeÂ
- Drive high-value customers to interact with our clients’ products and servicesÂ
- Discover and deliver new and innovative solutions to executing paid social campaigns based on specific client business issues and challengesÂ
- Work closely with account and media leads to ensure strong senior client relationships on select group of accountsÂ
- Support the development and delivery of agency RFP responses and pitches, as applicableÂ
- Support the creation of customer case studies and award submissions, as appropriateÂ
Market KnowledgeÂ
- Keep pace with social media industry trends and developmentsÂ
- Specialize in topics that require cross-team collaboration; provide agency guidance/POV development as applicableÂ
- Core understanding and knowledge across digital media landscape and where paid social intersectsÂ
- Participate and contribute to agency thought leadership initiative, as applicableÂ
Management ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Be a role model and advocate for teamwork and collaboration across the agency and with partnersÂ
- For select group of accounts, direct line management, mentoring, and coaching of team ensuring best practices are shared and maintainedÂ
- Manage workflow of assigned accounts by ensuring tasks are properly delegated across relevant team membersÂ
- Manage vendor relationships and cultivate partnerships that will facilitate account growth and performanceÂ
- Ensure process and activation best practices are used across paid social teamÂ
- Mentors Coordinator, Associate and Manager level team members regarding paid social best practices and internal processesÂ
- Support internal training and development initiatives specific to social media best practices and internal processesÂ

Our compensation philosophy is commensurate with the type of teammates we are seeking to join us.
As a fair, equitable, and open company, we have established compensation ranges that are visible and transparent. We use various market and data-driven salary sources to determine a salary range for each role. Your salary is based upon the skills and experience you bring along with the salary range established for your role. The goal is to ensure that Just Global teammates have salaries that are highly competitive, regardless of where they live.
In addition to your base salary and our flexible working policy, you will enjoy market-leading employment benefits that support you as whole human being. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a discretionary non-contractual profit share, which is based on company performance, because when we succeed as a company, we all get to share in that success.
The base salary range for this role is $85,500 to $103,500.
