Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Office, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

Key Responsibilities
As a Supervisor, PDS Manufacturing, you will:
- Lead a team of manufacturing operators, promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Coordinate the manufacturing processes to ensure flawless execution and adherence to strict quality standards.
- Determine and implement standard processes to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement new manufacturing technologies and processes.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely completion of production schedules to meet customer demands and compete in the global marketplace.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing supervisory role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
- Strong understanding of formulation and manufacturing processes.
- Outstanding leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to strictly adhere to standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., Chemistry, Engineering, Life Sciences) is preferred.
